If you're unsure of how long you may want your timeshare, go for the non-deeded option first. You can always choose a deeded timeshare at a later time.

When purchasing a timeshare, you'll get the best deal if you choose a resale property. There are many Florida timeshare resales out there just waiting for a new owner. You can find resales through actual agencies that specialize in them, or you can deal with a real estate agent. It's also possible to purchase a timeshare resale directly from the owner. This is probably one of the most cost-efficient ways for a new customer to purchase, rent or lease the timeshare of their dreams!
